REDUCING OUR WATER AND ENERGY CONSUMPTION
Adopt a reasoned & optimized management of lighting and temperature, install water-saving devices and automatic systems for efficient and economical water management, integrate the objectives for energy consumption reduction for buildings open to the public into all its hotels, even those of less than 1,000m² (legal regulations apply to those greater than 1,000m²).
BETTER WASTE MANAGEMENT
Take action to reduce, recycle and recover waste, choose suppliers who practice responsible packaging, train employees in waste sorting and provide adapted sorting bins, raise the awareness of guests to reduce waste, eliminate single-use plastic and considerably reduce the use of paper in the client experience.
FAVORING THE RENOVATION OF EXISTING BUILDINGS INTO ENERGY AND CARBON-EFFICIENT BUILDINGS.
Choose bio-sourced and sustainable materials for renovations and works, obtain certification of the environmental quality of future construction projects, integrate sustainable mobility and renewable energy production on future properties as much as possible, renovate existing properties that have been identified as energy inefficient.
